Biography

Karen S. Love is a Partner at Harvey & Vallini, LLC and a South Carolina real estate attorney focused on real estate development, commercial real estate, and property law. Her practice includes residential and commercial development, acquisitions, financing, PUDs, mixed-use and condominium projects, commercial leasing and lending, restrictive covenants, property owners associations, and real estate-related business transactions.

Karen represents builders, developers, property owners, businesses, buyers, and sellers throughout the life cycle of real estate projects, from acquisition and financing through development, leasing, and disposition. Harvey & Vallini provides real estate legal services throughout South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia.

Karen is admitted to the South Carolina Bar and is a licensed title insurance agent with Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and Stewart Title Guaranty Company.
