Biography

Whitney Mosteller is a Partner at Harvey & Vallini, LLC and a North Carolina and South Carolina real estate attorney. Her practice includes residential and commercial real estate closings, developer and builder services, mortgage lender services, and employee relocation transactions.

Whitney works with buyers, sellers, builders, developers, lenders, relocation companies, and other real estate professionals on transactions throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. Through its regional offices, Harvey & Vallini also provides real estate legal services throughout Georgia.

Whitney is admitted to both the North Carolina Bar and South Carolina Bar. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and her law degree from Charlotte School of Law.
